Customer Service Policies – Please Read Carefully

PRICES

All prices are in US Dollars ($)

PAYMENT

All payments must be made in US funds Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

SHIPPING

All goods are shipped via first class US mail. We process and ship all orders as soon as humanly possible; however, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We are sorry, but NO Refunds or Exchanges on international orders.

We hope you dig it, man, but we know everybody is different and items don't fit everyone the same. Wolf Wares LLC and Steppenwolf.com offers a 30 Day Exchange-or-Return policy on all items shipped to the USA. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return it to us by shipping it back at your expense. Exchanges we will ship back to you at our expense.

Please first email us with the reason, let us know if you want to try a different size and we will give you the return shipping address. Apparel items must be in new, clean and unused condition in order to get an exchange or refund.

With the shipment, please include:

  • the order number
  • purchaser name
  • contact name
  • phone number
  • email and
  • exchange shipping address

Once we receive your return/exchange item, we will ship to you the replacement/exchange item at our expense or process the refund.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Only Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards (in US Funds) are accepted for payment. Orders from outside of the U.S. are shipped via airmail and delivery time is subject to the foreign country's postal and/or customs systems. International customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds or exchanges on international orders

DAMAGED GOODS

Like it or not – it does happen. In this event, we will be happy to replace the goods or issue a credit or refund. IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED, simply mail the merchandise back to us. As soon as the product arrives, we will ship you replacements.

 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE

Please contact us in writing and indicate the problem. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, credit card number and card expiration date. To expedite resolution of the problem, you can fax your letter (to the fax number listed below) or mail it (to the address listed below). We will contact you as soon as the problem has been researched.
